
Marcy Steffy
Pastoral Care Ministry
Marcy and Don have been in ministry together since 2005. After ministering in Montana for several years, they are both excited to be doing ministry here in Stroudsburg. Marcy is passionate about caring for others and making others feel safe and loved. Her desire is for everyone to feel the radical love of Jesus through Lighthouse’s ministry. She is a registered nurse (RN) with her AS in Nursing from Alvernia College, her BS in Church Leadership with an emphasis in Christian Counseling from Lee University, and has her Master of Arts in Counseling and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Marcy is also an Ordained Minister in the Church of God. In 2021 Marcy launched her non-profit Safe Harbor of Hope Counseling to provide affordable Christian counseling.
Marcy is a Masters prepared therapist and currently under the supervision of a PA state licensed therapist to complete her LPC. She has a diverse background that is beneficial to clients including a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership with an emphasis in Christian Counseling from Lee University, and an Associates of Nursing from Alvernia University. Marcy has been an RN for 26+ years in a variety of settings and has noteworthy experience as a Certified Case Manager with CCMC.
